Some of the job duties:
• Greet visitors and callers, route and resolve information requests.
• Maintain records and databases.
• Coordinate space and office organization; purchase and manage supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate the courses schedules with the branch manager.
• Processing and reporting the office expenses
• Maintaining physical and digital employee records

Education: Bachelor degree.
Experience: 0-3 years, a previous experience in admin work is a plus. (fresh graduates are welcome to apply). toddler wears for flower girl
Skills and languages:
Good command of English language.
Good command of Microsoft skills.
